Cameron & Mallory are one of my 2015 wedding couples and Cameron and my hubby Jay work together so this session was super fun for me! They are getting married downtown this summer so they wanted a different, more nature feel for their engagement session so we headed out to the Kananaksis for their Bragg Creek Engagement Photography session. Bragg Creek is a beautiful little town and they have an amazing provincial park just right outside of the town limits! It was the perfect setting for their session. They also brought their adorable 4 month old pooch Hugo to the session. I mean how cute is he?!? I made sure… Keep Reading
I was so excited about James & Lisa’s engagement session! They were the winners of my Valentine’s Day engagement session contest, but not only that but Lisa and I actually went to high school together back in the day! It is always so fun when I get to reconnect with old friends, as well as meet some of the most important people in their lives!! So great! James & Lisa’s Big Hill Springs Park Engagement session took place at an amazing park in-between Calgary and Cochrane. These two were all about having fun and making each other laugh, and their pooch even got in on some of the excitement. 🙂… Keep Reading
I met Kyle & Janelle about a year ago when I did family photos for them and the rest of Janelle’s immediate family. It was one of the coldest shoots I have ever shot! Thankfully for their engagement session last weekend it was much, much warmer. Like 30 degrees warmer! haha For their e-sesison we headed out to Elbow Falls, just outside of Bragg Creek. Their Elbow Falls Engagement Photos were a serious photographer dream to shoot! It was the perfect spot for the love filled session. Also these two are funny, they had me laughing the whole session! Congrats Kyle & Janelle I am honoured to be the one to… Keep Reading
I knew instantly that I wanted to shoot Kyle & Kasia’s wedding at their initial client consultation. We sat and drank coffee and chatted for hours about anything and everything! It was like we were friends forever. When I was first chatting to Kyle & Kasia about what they wanted do to for their engagement session and they mentioned they loved just hanging out together with their pooch shaggy and antiquing… I was thrilled! I suggested why don’t we do both! Being an animal lover and a huge fan of all things vintage I was over the moon excited for their session. We started their High River engagement photography session at George Lane… Keep Reading

As I look back over all the shoots I have done over 2014 I can’t help but smile! I smile because I have been a part of so many cherished memories! From shooting a proposal, to capturing so many love filled “I Do’s”, and being honoured to photograph so many cute little newborns I have truly been blessed! I can not thank all my amazing clients enough of letting me be apart of they special moments; its and honour and a privilege! Now here is a look back at 2014!
One of my favourite things about being a photographer is being able to share in peoples more precious memories. This shot was no exception! I had the pleasure of shooting DJ & Katelyn’s wedding day a couple years ago and now this adorable couple bought their first house and I got to photograph them and their humble abode just shortly after they moved in! Seriously this was so fun! There is nothing quite like photographing people in the comfort of their own home. There is a ease about it and the laughs and the tender moments just flow! Congrats you two! Your home is beautiful and I was so happy… Keep Reading
