Every year I get clients asking for gift cards around Christmas time and I can’t tell you how much I love this! For me there is nothing better then giving the gift of memories to someone special. Danah did just this… TWICE! Once for her husbands family and once for her own family. The first session we did was out in beautiful Canmore in the summer with her husbands side of the family. The second session was with her side of the family just recently in the fall in Fishcreek Park. Both sessions they picked beautiful warm, sunny days and perfect locations. It was a pleasure to shoot both families… Keep Reading
One thing I love about being a photographer is I get to meet some many new families! But its even more fun when I get to photograph old friends! Brent, Kelly & I all went to high school together and now they are married and have the cutest little girl. Over the Thanksgiving weekend I got to not only photograph them but also Kelly’s parents and brother. How fun! It was the perfect way to end the perfect Thanksgiving weekend! 🙂
I love when clients come back for photo sessions year after year and I get to watch the family grow and change! I met the Labella family last year and had a blast with them, this year was no different! We chased the last little bit of sunlight on Sunday night and it was the perfect way to end a great autumn weekend!
This family is a family I have gotten to know since they were transferred up to Calgary for Brian’s job over a year ago. When they first moved here they were a family of two and now they are leaving in just a few short weeks as a family of three! Before they move they wanted some family photos in the heart of our beautiful city. We started out on Scottsmans Hill to have the amazing… Keep Reading
It was the most beautiful October fall evening when I got to meet Christine’s adorable family. I have been wanting to shoot in upper Edworthy park for some time, and thought this would be a great time to do it! The views were incredible, the trees were the perfect shades of yellows and oranges, and this family could not have been more delightful! They even got some sloppy dog kisses from the dogs in the dog park! CUTE! What a great night for a family session!
