I can barely believe it! I completed my very first 365 photography project. When I first stared this resolution to take a click a day for 365 days I wasn’t sure if I would be able to complete it. But I did!!! I am so proud of myself and would challenge anyone that wants to improve their photography or even just to document your life or your kids lives to do this project. It is so rewarding to look back over the course of the year and see all the amazing photos I’ve captured. My plan is now put all theses photos together in a book so we have it all together in one place and easy to look back through. I get asked all the time if I plan on doing it again for 2015 and my answer is “no”. I need a break from it. Towards the end I started resenting the process instead of looking at it as a way to see the beauty in the everyday. I don’t want to stop clicking but I don’t think it will be an everyday type thing. Maybe a a click a week or a 15 by the 15th. Not too sure yet. However if you are looking to start a project like this check out Click’n Mom’s they have a group that has started for 2015 and give helpful prompts to shoot for everyday. There is also a great Instagram group going with the has tag #thebethadillychallenge run by the talented photographer Beth from www.bethadilly.com. She has the first month already up on her blog with prompts for each day. As well you can check out @my_365 #my_365 on Instagram and there is a great support group of talented photographers there that have started their 2015 365 photography series. I think the key to finishing this type of project is to have a support group. Whether its a group of photographers tackling this resolution with you or following along with some of the talented people in the groups above. Believe me by day 205 you are going to want some motivation and also some inspiration and these really helped me! Now get out there and get clicking!!

Congratulations on completing such a great project. I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of the photos in this project. In the above series I am particularly in love with the image of the girl in the bed. So very lovely. You are inspiring me to MAYBE start a project….maybe once a week 🙂 Beautiful photography as always.
