I always love when I get emails from guys planning to surprise their girlfriends with a proposal when they are in the Rocky Mountains for Vacation. Its one of those moments that is so near and dear to my heart as my husband Jason planned a surprise proposal and had it captured as well. I love looking back at those photos so much so being able to capture those moments for other couples its just so fun! Michael contacted me back in September when they were first planning their trip. He wanted a location that was private but that also had beautiful mountain views, and after lots of back and forth he decided the Banff Lookout was the perfect location. Their Banff Lookout Winter Proposal was a dream to shoot. Allix was beyond shocked and wasn’t expecting it at all, and just as Michael got down on one knee the skies opened up and we were gifted with the most insane sunset! It really was swoon worthy!
