Calgary Family Photographer | Paisley Photography

When Ria contacted me about shooting her & Brett’s Calgary engagement photography she said they wanted something unique and different for it. They had the idea of doing part of the shoot in the basement of National, a bar in downtown Calgary. I was of course game for it and we has so much fun playing with light and all the crazy areas down there. Then for the second half we decided to just walk around some back alleys in the area and see what we can find. I loved this session and I loved how amazing Brett & Ria were. They were up for anything, from posing with a giant clown head to kissing in the back alley of a bar! Brett and Ria also brought a costume ball and chain (it is coming up to Halloween so why not?!?), and a stunning white rose and black lily bouquet to their session. Like I said this couple was awesome!! Congrats Brett & Ria you two are so incredible to work with and an absolute blast to hangout with!
