Last week I got to photograph one of the cutest couples ever! Zachary & Becky are also one of my 2016 wedding couples and I could not be more excited to be a part of their big day! When I first met with them and we were chatting over coffee we realized how connected we were. Six degrees of separation is truly a thing! Both Zac & I graduated from the same high school the same year, but it wasn’t until we started talking about our lives that we actually figured that out. Becky also worked with a teacher friend of mine and when they were looking for a photographer, she saw the photos I had just done of my friend and his family at their newborn session, so she decided to contact me! How crazy connected are we?!? For their Calgary Fishcreek Park engagement photography session we headed to the Shannon Terrace side of the park but entered from the Evergreen area. I hadn’t been up there before until I was scouting for their session and it really is a hidden gem! Between the lush green forest and how insanely cute these two were, it made for the perfect engagement session.

One of the many reasons I love these two, is watching how much Zac loves Becky. He can make her giggle uncontrollably (which was perfect for their photos), but he is also so intensely caring. Always making sure she is comfortable, safe and happy. Becky really has found her Prince Charming. With all this being sad Becky is also the perfect match for Zac. She keeps him on his toes, she supports his love of all thing Marvels, and of course adores him unconditionally. Congrats you two! I can not wait for your June 2016 wedding!
