Curtis and Lindsay won my in home couple session give away, and I had been so looking forwards to their shoot. Strangely enough, once we actually met, it turns out Lindsay and I had actually gone to middle school together in Cochrane many, many years ago. It really is a small world. These two are planning a September wedding out in Panorama BC, and for their wedding they have created two signature cocktails. I love this idea!! For their Calgary in home couple session they decided that they would like to make these cocktails as a trial run. How fun is that? The first drink they made is a Gindsay (you like the play on words they did there? Lindsay… Gindsay) which has Gin, lime, simple syrup, mint, cucumber and soda water. The second was the Hurry Up, which has bourbon, lemon, sweet bitters, and ginger beer. It was so fun to photograph these two playing mixologists in their newly renovated kitchen. Thank you to you guys for the amazing session and thank you for applying originally for my give away! It was so fun meeting you both and can not wait to see the photos from you incredible wedding day!

We then took a break to enjoy the first drink and to get in a few couch cuddles.
They fully renovated their kitchen and opened it right up to the rest of their apartment. Doesn’t it look amazing?!
