In January I had the amazing opportunity to head down to sunny Mexico to second shoot with the very talented and uber amazing Monica from Red Bloom Photography. I am pretty sure we could not have had a better week more full of laughs but also photographing the most amazing beach wedding. Steven & Brandi’s Cancun Moon Palace Golf Resort & Spa Wedding definitely helped me tick off a want to shoot item on my photographer bucket list! Is there anything better the shooting two people in love with the warm sun on your skin and being barefoot? I think not! The grounds of this resort are unbelievable and feel like they go on forever. Situated right one the water, the white sand and teal ocean was the backdrop for their amazing golden hour wedding ceremony. Surrounded by their closest friends and family Steven and Brandi said “I Do” and vowed to spend the rest of their lives together! Their son’s reaction to their excitement of being pronounced Mr. & Mrs could not have summed up the feelings of the wedding better. Pure Excitement!

We also got up at sunrise with S&B to shoot an equally stunning rock the dress session! I can not wait to share these photos. The sunrise was mind-blowing and there was just too much pretty to fit all these photos into one blog post, so stayed tuned for those coming soon!!

Congrats Steven & Brandi! It was an absolute honour to be able to witness you love and help Monica capture your wedding day bliss! I also want to say a huge thank you to the best travel photographer buddy I could have asked for! Monica it was amazing to able to second shoot with you, so thank you SOOO much for giving me this opportunity!

Steven & Brandi wanted to do a first touch which I LOVED! They didn’t want to see each other but they wanted to exchange gifts before the ceremony which was a-m-a-zing!!

White sand beach wedding ceremonies have a special place in my heart!
