Canmore Tobogganing Family Session – Canmore Photographer

I have been photographing this family for years and I love it! It also helps that Ashley and I have been best friends since we were four years old, so these kids have grown up with Auntie always having a camera and making them pose. Each year I do photos for the Janzen’s we try something new. One year was a family paint fight, one year was out in Golden BC and this year was a Canmore tobogganing family session. When we were planning their session they wanted snow but the weather had been so nice that there wasn’t snow anywhere in Canmore. We ended up heading up in elevation to Spray Lakes and did end up finding snow!! Yah! There also is nothing better then including something exciting like tobogganing into a family session. It not only is fun but it also produces so many fun memories and helps the kiddos forget they are doing family photos and just remember the laughs. Even I hopped onto the toboggan for a couple rides. I did hand my camera to Ashley to snap a few photos, but sadly not a single one on them was in focus #photographerproblems ! 🙂
