When you are a Calgary Wedding Photographer and one of your childhood best friends asks you to photograph her wedding day; a day you use to stay up late at sleep overs giggling & dreaming about, of course you say YES! The last weekend of August Jason & Ashley said “I Do!” and it was more beautiful then the little girl in me could have ever imagined! Their Lynx Ridge Golf Course Wedding was stunning and the view out the wall of windows from their ceremony space was spectacular. As Jason waited for Ashley to walk down the aisle with her mom, their three adorable boys won over the hearts of the room. Then it was off the river at Baker Park for the photos. The mix of tall tree lined pathways and rocky river bed was the perfect place for their session.

There reception was back at the golf course and there was no lack of amazing reminiscing stories of both Jason & Ashley by their loved ones! As each person stood up and shared memories the room filled with laughter and emotion! Their incredible day came to a close, but not before I suck them out for night photos with the first of three super moons of the year!

Congrats Jason & Ashley! I could not be more blessed to be the one to capture your stunning wedding day! From watching your family grow to now a family of five and being able to be apart of your love story, it is such an honour! I wish you a lifetime of love and can not wait to see what the future holds for your incredible family!
