I met Ben & Christy on sunny Friday afternoon for their Mount Royal University maternity session. When were were first chatting about a location they mentioned that they had met and both graduated from Mount Royal in Calgary. They thought it would a fun idea to go back now that they are expecting their first little one to the place it all began. How fun is this?!? It was so fun walking around the grounds and photographing them in some of “their” locations. I love that the location add another special and sentimental element into their photos. Honestly, these two were seriously the cutest. They were so crazy in love and rocked their session! I through some pretty out of the box ideas at them as far as spots on the Mount Royal grounds to photograph and they were up for anything! Congrats you guys! I can not wait to meet your little one coming in May!

This bench is the area where Ben first asked Christy to be his girlfriend! It was so fun to go back to this spot and incorporate it into their maternity photos!

The light and the wind on the top floor of the parkade made for some f my favourite photos from the session! Im such a sucker for that golden light!
