I got to meet Becky years ago when I worked for WestJet. Being a flight attendant you were very often put with new crews every week so you got to meet a lot of amazing people. Becky and I flew together a couple times during the 8 years I worked as an FA. So when she reached out to me when her and Cory had gotten engaged I was so excited to catch up, meet the man of her dreams, but also have the honor of capturing their Jamaica wedding coming up this March! Eeeek! For their engagement session they wanted something completely different then their upcoming wedding day so they opted for a very wintery, very snowy mountain engagement session. One of their favorite spots to go in the Kananaskis with their very cute pooch Lilly also happened to be a place I suggested for their shoot. We knew a Winter Elbow Falls Engagement Session was the perfect for spot for their shoot! It also happened to be the perfect winter evening. The sun was warm, their wasn’t a breath of wind and the trees had the perfect amount of snow covering their branches. It almost looked like we were smack dab in the middle of a snow globe. It was just that perfect! Congrats Cory & Becky! I can not wait to celebrate with you both in a much warmer climate in a few short months!
